Job Description

Learners will be placed in one of the following departments based on their qualification and experience:

  • Credit
  • Insurance
  • Sales
  • Learning and Development

Duration

Successful candidates will enter a 12-month learnership contract starting 1 March 2026.

Qualification Required

A completed qualification with a finance major.

Work Experience

No work experience is required, but experience in a financial role is an advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of financial concepts
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Stipend

Market related.

Requirements

  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Youth group (18 to 35 years)
  • Must commit to 12 months
