Job Description

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in the HR Department. We are seeking talented individuals with the right skills and experience for a Business Administration Learnership in Johannesburg (Benrose, Bedfordview, Linbro Park).

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete the NQF Level 3 Business Administration Learnership Programme.
• Provide administrative support during busy periods, peak times, and when teams are on leave.
• The Learnership is a structured programme that combines classroom training with on-the-job experience.

Skills, Experience, and Education

Skills and Experience:

• Good command of English and at least one other South African language.
• One year of work experience preferred.
• Valid medical record confirming disability.
• Willing to commit to a 12-month learnership.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• Results-driven with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work in a flexible and pressurized environment.
• No criminal record or negative credit history.
• Not currently enrolled in full-time studies.

Requirements

• Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy (at least 40% pass).
• South African citizen.
• Employment Equity candidate.
• Has not previously completed the same qualification or learnership elsewhere.
• Unemployed at the time of application.
• Aged between 18 and 35 years.
• Passed two South African languages at 40% or higher.
• Doctor’s note confirming disability (with valid doctor’s practice number and stamp).
