Requirements
The ideal candidate must have a Senior Certificate and at least 3 years of experience in an Asset Logistics environment.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies
The successful candidate should have:
- Good knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
- Understanding of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Treasury Regulations, Supply Chain Management guidelines, and related rules.
- Knowledge of logistics, human resources management, Microsoft Word, the Basic Accounting System (BAS), Excel, and the Hardcat System.
- Strong planning skills, numeric and mathematical abilities.
- A solid grasp of logistics and basic accounting knowledge.
- Attention to detail.
- The ability to train, motivate, and supervise others.
- Good interpersonal relations.
- Skills to analyze reports and perform reconciliations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, when dealing with government organizations, the private sector, and NGOs.
- Computer literacy.
