The mission of the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs is to strengthen cooperation among all spheres of government, support and build the capacity of local governance institutions, and facilitate and coordinate stakeholder engagement in pursuit of people-centred, accelerated service delivery.
The Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs is offering a 24-month Internship Programme for unemployed graduates.

Requirements:
- Applicants must be from KwaZulu-Natal (proof of residence required, such as a Ward Councillor letter, Municipal Bill, or Affidavit).
- Applicants must be unemployed and have never participated in an Internship Programme from any Government Department.
- Applicants must have successfully completed a 3 or 4 year qualification from a recognized tertiary institution.
- The qualification must be in one of the fields listed below.
