Key Performance Areas
- Provide administrative support on the development of recruitment plans.
- Handle recruitment and selection processes.
- Manage transfers and translations.
- Facilitate packages for SMS and MMS restructures.
- Supervise subordinates and utilize resources (human and physical) in accordance with relevant directives and legislation.
Prerequisites
- Grade 12 plus an appropriate NQF level 6 qualification in Human Resource Management, Public Management/Administration, or a relevant equivalent qualification recognized by SAQA.
- PERSAL training certificates/results.
- Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in an HRM environment.

- Sound and in-depth knowledge of relevant prescripts and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service, such as the Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, Labour Relations Act, and Public Finance Management Act.
