Job Description

Key Objectives:

• Handle all point-of-sale tasks quickly and accurately.
• Scan items correctly, process payments, and apply clubcard rewards with precision.
• Safeguard cash handling at all times.
• Promote the Clicks clubcard actively and sign up new members to meet targets.
• Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them save money.
• Provide outstanding customer service by representing the brand positively and offering friendly, professional help.
• Perform merchandising and housekeeping tasks to meet store and visual standards.
• Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty by upholding its values.
• Stay informed about products, ranges, promotions, and events to give accurate advice to customers.

Knowledge Required:

• Basic math skills
• Understanding of retail and fast-moving consumer goods, including merchandising and promotions
• Knowledge of stock management processes

Minimum Requirements

Experience:
