This role focuses on providing excellent service through efficient customer support, point-of-sale operations, and store merchandising to create a positive experience for every customer.

Job Description

Key Objectives:

  • Carry out all point-of-sale tasks quickly and accurately.
  • Scan items correctly, process payments, and apply club card rewards without errors.
  • Handle cash securely at all times.
  • Promote the Clicks club card and sign up new members to meet participation goals.
  • Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them save money.
  • Act as a brand representative by being approachable, friendly, and professional.
  • Keep the store neat and follow merchandising and housekeeping standards.
  • Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty shopping by upholding our values.
  • Stay informed about products, promotions, and events to give accurate advice to customers.

Required Knowledge
