Operations Assistant

Purpose of the Position

The Operations Assistant will support the sales and client services teams by handling all necessary administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out various administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and printing, as needed.
  • Make sure all purchases are ready for sales drives, special events, meetings, and other activities.
  • Help arrange events on the sales and client services floor, including quarterly awards and sales drives.
  • Assist the operations team during recruitment drives and onboarding processes.
  • Update compliance information and records for new staff members.
  • Keep track of voucher sheets and update the Wall of Recognition.
  • Monitor staff attendance.

Requirements

  • Matric certificate (essential).
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Computer literate.
  • Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (essential).
  • Willingness to travel.
