• We are looking for a Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will play an important role in ensuring a clean and welcoming environment in our residences and office buildings. You will handle a range of essential cleaning tasks to keep our spaces clean and orderly. Your focus on cleanliness and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for our guests and occupants.

What you’ll do
This is a list of tasks you will handle on your workdays.

• Clean floors and rooms, including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects from the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
• Clean restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
• Vacuum carpets, empty trash, and replace liners.
• Set up, stock, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Monitor and maintain the sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
• Show good communication and organization skills.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Have a high sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Work well in a team, supporting a cooperative environment.

Requirements
These are the things you need to be considered for this role.

• Matric
• Experience as a Cleaner or General Worker
• Live within 25km of the job location
• Clear criminal record

Preferences
Meeting these would be a plus, but not having them will not stop us from considering you.
