Description
Key Performance Areas

  • Perform general cleaning of all office areas.
  • Clean, stock, and supply assigned facility spaces.
  • Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and disinfect surfaces.
  • Empty trash from bins and containers.
  • Handle deep cleaning and detailed tasks.
  • Report any needed repairs or issues to management.
  • Stock and keep supply rooms organized.
  • Complete heavy cleaning duties and special projects as needed.
  • Follow safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) rules, including behavior-based safety (BBS).
  • Ensure worker safety at all times.

Requirements

Key Knowledge & Skills

  • Ability to use heavy cleaning equipment and machines.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
  • Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Grade 10 (Grade 12/Matric is an advantage).
  • Basic reading and writing skills.
  • At least 2 years of cleaning experience, including use of polishing and stripping machines.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
