Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, lead, organize, and control the development and use of all zone resources, facilities, and equipment.
  • Manage the optimization of skilled human resources.

  • Promote excellent customer service.

Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s)
  • BSc/BEng in Engineering and passed Legal Examination of the Department of Labour

OR

  • BTech/Advanced Diploma/National Higher Diploma in Engineering at NQF7 with 360 credits PLUS Government Certificate of Compliance (GCC)
Related Minimum Experience
  • 7 years’ management of engineering resources
