Senior Administrative Officer: Finance and Supply Chain Management

Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in finance, revenue, patient administration, and supply chain management.
- Experience in budget and expenditure control, as well as managing asset and liability accounts.
- Proven supervisory skills.
- A three-year National Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Logis and Integrated Procurement Solutions (IPS).
- Good organizational, managerial, and leadership skills, with a strong ability to work with financial data.
- In-depth understanding of financial regulations, departmental policies, delegations, and procedures.
- Excellent people management skills, ability to work in a team, and motivate others.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in LOGIS, BAS, IPS, Clinicom, and Accounts Receivable systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), National Treasury Regulations, and Provincial Treasury Regulations.
- A valid driver’s license (Code B/EB/C1).

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all supply chain management functions and ensure effective procurement policies and processes.
- Handle inventory control, warehouse management, and asset management.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports, and assist with annual and interim financial statements.
- Clear asset and liability accounts.
- Supervise patient administration, medical records, and hospital fees departments.
- Ensure proper labor practices are followed and implemented.
Salary:
R 397 116 per annum – R 467 790 per annum, plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer’s contribution to pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
