Job Description:

This role involves providing underwriting support to advisers, focusing on personal and commercial insurance lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs.
  • Prepare quotes for new and existing clients.
  • Issue new policies, renewals, and endorsements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Record all details and information accurately in relevant systems.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A completed BCom Degree (preferably in Information Systems, Analytics and Investment Planning/Risk Management) or BCom (Economics), or NQF4/5 Short Term Insurance qualification.
  • No more than 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
