Job Description

Key Objectives:

  • Carry out all point-of-sale tasks quickly and accurately.
  • Scan items correctly, process payments, and apply clubcard rewards with precision.
  • Handle cash securely at all times.
  • Promote the Clicks clubcard actively and sign up new members to meet targets.
  • Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them save money.
  • Provide outstanding customer service as a brand representative, always friendly and professional.
  • Perform merchandising and housekeeping tasks to meet store standards.
  • Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty by upholding its values.
  • Stay informed about products, promotions, and events to give accurate advice to customers.

Knowledge Required
