Job Description

Job Objectives:

  • To carry out all point-of-sale tasks quickly and effectively.
  • To scan items accurately and process payments, including club card rewards.
  • To handle cash securely at all times.
  • To promote the Clicks club card actively and sign up new members to meet participation goals.
  • To inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them save money.
  • To offer outstanding customer service by representing the brand, being approachable, and providing friendly, professional help.
  • To perform merchandising and housekeeping tasks to meet store and visual standards.
  • To support the company’s goal of being the top choice for health and beauty by following its values.
  • To stay informed about products, promotions, and events to give customers accurate information.

Knowledge:

  • Basic math skills
  • Retail or FMCG experience, including merchandising and promotions
  • Understanding of stock management

Minimum Requirements

Experience:
