Role Overview
- The Account Executive Assistant provides full administrative, organizational, and operational support to the US Account Executive team. You will handle key tasks, ensure documents are accurate, support client services, and keep internal workflows running smoothly.
- This role is vital for the success of the Client Services division.
Key Responsibilities
- Review client network information to spot needs for hardware or software upgrades.
- Help prepare client reports, documents, and presentations.
- Assist in creating quotes for new hardware and software requests.
- Track monthly tasks for the team and individuals to meet deadlines.
- Support change-management efforts and keep internal process documents up to date.
- Update systems with client, contract, and service details.
- Help draft contracts and manage related documents.
- Follow up on service tickets to ensure quick resolutions.
- Prepare KPI reports and help the Director of Client Services with operational reports.
Essential Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Past experience in an Outsourced IT MSP environment is required.
- Proven administrative support for a team of 8 or more people.
- Strong skills in Microsoft 365 and tools like Teams, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Available to work US East Coast hours (4 PM to 12 AM / 1 AM SAST).
- Able to work independently with great attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
- Good planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Strong customer service attitude and professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of finance and handling data.
- Able to work mostly remotely in a hybrid setup.
- Familiar with basic Excel formulas and data analysis.
- Understanding of common MSP technical terms and concepts.
Advantageous
- Experience in MSP sales or contract administration.
