Responsibilities:
- Secure the best rates for flights and accommodation for the sales team and others upon request.
- Handle telephone enquiries efficiently, route calls accurately, and manage messages.
- Prepare accurate correspondence and administrative tasks, meeting all deadlines.
- Deliver printing and delivery requests on time and accurately.
- Manage the sales team’s diaries, book appointments promptly, and handle boardroom bookings.
- Organize sales-related events, including invitations, coordination, travel, and post-event feedback.
- Prepare sales reports by coordinating, collecting, and ensuring accuracy.
- Track and report on expenses.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage internal and external calls and enquiries effectively and professionally.
- Provide support to other departments, such as Distribution, Marketing, Multi Management, Securities, and PSG Asset Management.
- Liaise personably with the Sales and Marketing Team and other departments.
- Handle general filing and correspondence.
- Assist with mailing, faxing, copying, filing, and distributing documents promptly, clearly, and confidentially.
- Follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Type documents as needed.
- Help with data capturing when required.
- Manage and update the attendance register.
Minimum Requirements:
- A relevant tertiary qualification is essential, such as a Bachelor’s Degree, National Diploma, or Professional Qualification.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Work experience in the financial services industry.
- Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening abilities.
