Job Description

Job Objectives:

  • Carry out all point-of-sale tasks quickly and accurately.
  • Scan items correctly, process payments, and handle clubcard rewards with precision.
  • Manage cash securely at all times.
  • Promote the Clicks clubcard actively and sign up new members to meet targets.
  • Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and ensure they feel good while saving money.
  • Provide top-notch customer service by being friendly, professional, and acting as a brand representative.
  • Perform merchandising and housekeeping tasks to meet store and visual standards.
  • Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty by embodying its values.
  • Stay informed about products, ranges, promotions, and events to give customers accurate advice.
