Rola is a trusted name in the automotive sector, known for delivering exceptional vehicles and outstanding customer experiences. We are looking for a Junior Finance & Insurance (F&I) Assistant to join our busy dealership at Rola VW Malmesbury.

This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to start a career in automotive finance and insurance. You will receive training to learn how to:

  • Support the F&I team in processing vehicle finance applications.
  • Help with insurance products for the automotive market.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and dealership standards.
  • Assist in smooth, professional transactions to improve customer satisfaction.

With hands-on training and mentorship, you will develop the skills to advance into a full F&I role, contributing to the dealership’s success and the customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

Training will be provided in the following key areas:

  • Assist the F&I team with all duties
  • Load finance applications
  • Liaise with financial institutions
  • Help with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for clients
  • Upload documents on Seriti for compliance
