Job Description:

• Assist in coordinating and planning product and produce loads and transport. Ensure effective communication between VKB and clients to track transported goods.

Your role will include:

• Administrative tasks.
• Creating orders on NAV.
• Creating weighbridge tickets and loading instructions.
• Managing employees in the department.
• Preparing stock pick lists to ensure accurate truck loading.
• Stock control – Counting and verifying stock daily and monthly.
• Providing 20key support.
• Assisting with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Grade 12 certificate. A relevant diploma in Logistics is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Code 8 Driver’s License.
• Clear criminal record.
• Good administration skills.
