Salary: R 657 001.56 per annum (Job Level 5)

The purpose of this role is to coordinate the Integrated Development Planning (IDP) process for the municipality.

Key Performance Areas:

The IDP Officer must ensure that daily tasks are completed effectively to meet the council’s objectives. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing input on the development of divisional vision and strategy;
  • Offering administrative and organizational support for IDP-related activities;
  • Supervising the performance of subordinates in the section.

Requirements:

  • National Diploma in Development Studies, Public Management and Administration, or a relevant qualification (NQF 6);
  • Valid Driver’s Licence;
  • Three (3) years of relevant experience.
