The company generates, transmits, and distributes electricity to industrial, mining, commercial, agricultural, and residential customers, as well as redistributors. New power stations and major power lines are under construction to meet growing energy needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • This is a 3-year training program. You will receive both classroom and on-the-job training, with the chance to earn a Trade Test certificate.

Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s):

  • N3 in Electrical Engineering with at least 4 subjects, or
  • Grade 12 with at least 50% in Maths, 50% in Physical Science, 40% in English, plus N2 in Electrical, or
  • Technical Grade 12 with Electrical Engineering subjects
