It regulates the conduct of parties in community schemes and ensures good governance. The organization began operations on 7 October 2016. Job Description
Responsibilities
- Optimize the operations of the division.
- Ensure resources are available for effective service delivery in the division.
- Conduct legal research.
- Implement the Knowledge Management Strategy.
- Provide education to stakeholders, including consumer awareness programs for community schemes.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Law Degree.
- A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field or NQF Level 8 (advantageous).
Experience
- 5 – 7 years in a legal environment, with some experience in the property sector.
- Legal research experience.
- Proven record in presentations and training.
Technical Competencies
- Knowledge of the community schemes environment.
- Knowledge of community schemes governance.
- Understanding of Company Law and Law of Contract.
- Business and performance measurement skills.
- Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
- Knowledge of systems and information systems.
- Advanced presentation skills.
