Job Purpose
To provide expertise, advice, and support in developing operational plans and service delivery processes. This includes producing communication products, integrating communication units through alignment and research, and offering expert advice on communication objectives to meet business goals and improve service delivery.
Education and Experience
Minimum Qualification and Experience Required
- A relevant Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Marketing, Public Relations, Brand Management, or Communication, plus 5-7 years of experience in marketing, communication, public relations, or brand management. At least 2-3 years should be at a skilled technical level.
Alternative
- Senior Certificate (NQF 4) plus 10 years of experience in marketing, communication, public relations, or brand management. At least 2-3 years should be at a skilled technical level.

- Functional or technical experience in communication.
Job Outputs
Process
- Identify and resolve queries and problems promptly, using discretion based on guidelines, and escalate unresolved issues.
- Conduct research on media and tax content issues.
- Develop and implement operational plans for communication campaigns.
- Use practical knowledge and judgment to make decisions.
- Produce, layout, and design the digital bi-weekly newsletter.
- Provide integrated, solution-driven services to the division using the latest digital tools.
- Draft communication materials to meet predefined standards.
- Monitor and address violations of procedures and standards for organizational corporate identity.
