Job Description

A reputable company seeks an experienced General Worker skilled in ground maintenance and field support. The ideal candidate is reliable, independent, physically fit, and ready to travel to outdoor sites for vegetation clearing and inspections.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, maintain, and clear ground and vegetation around telecom tower sites.
  • Handle general outdoor tasks like landscaping, bush clearing, and site cleaning.
  • Support the field team with basic on-site duties.
  • Travel to various sites on schedule and complete work on time.
  • Follow safety rules, especially when working at heights or in remote areas.

Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12).
  • At least 1 year in ground maintenance, landscaping, or similar outdoor work.
  • Physically fit, comfortable with heights, and able to work outdoors without allergies.
  • Able to work alone and manage tasks.
  • Driver’s license is a plus but not required; must be willing to travel.
