Responsibilities
Merchandising, Price, Promotions, and Space
- Monitors outlet volumes to ensure 100% availability of key brands through planning.
- Manages stock rotation for full availability.
- Executes merchandising in consumption and purchase zones per guidelines.
- Negotiates and implements price communication, ensures compliance, and runs promotion campaigns.
- Tracks competitive space and volumes to position brands for growth.
Asset Management
- Manages SAB refrigeration assets for audits and compliance.
- Oversees all SAB assets, including merchandising and signage.
- Ensures products are stocked in fridges per guidelines.
- Conducts asset verification surveys.
- Helps customers with stock systems to avoid shortages.
- Manages stock rotation and quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree
- Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license
- Basic computer literacy and Microsoft Office experience
- Knowledge of the local area
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends
- Successful completion of a driver’s assessment test
