Beauty Assistant – Clicks Tams Shopping Complex Jobs

We have exciting opportunities in Clicks stores for Beauty Assistants. You will report to the Store Manager and handle the entire beauty department.

Job Purpose

To provide excellent service by offering professional advice on beauty and skincare products. Promote and manage merchandise effectively, and maintain general housekeeping to build customer loyalty and increase sales.

Job Objectives

• Consult with customers, answer questions about products, and recommend the best items and services for their needs.
• Drive sales in the beauty department through promotions, cross-selling, and up-selling to meet monthly targets.
• Monitor sales, evaluate product performance, and suggest improvements to boost offerings and sales.
• Stay updated on all beauty products, ranges, trends, promotions, and events to give accurate information to customers.
• Handle all operational tasks in the beauty department, including stock management, reducing shrinkage, and keeping high standards of housekeeping and administration.
• Ensure visual merchandising, in-store presentation, and promotional standards are always met in the beauty department.
• Deliver top customer service by acting as a brand ambassador, being visible, and providing friendly, professional support.
• Promote the Clicks clubcard and sign up new members to reach participation targets.
• Increase profitability and customer loyalty by promoting private label and exclusive products.
• Make the brand the customer’s top choice for health and beauty by living the company values.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• Essential: Grade 12
• Desirable: Relevant beauty or skincare qualification
• Desirable: Experience in beauty, skincare, retail, FMCG, sales, or marketing
