Job Description
- Provide superior customer service by achieving strong sales results and maintaining excellent service standards through proper merchandise presentation.
- Assist management with the daily operations of the store. Be highly customer-focused and service-oriented.
Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12)
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Previous sales experience.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Skill in planning and managing daily tasks.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills with people and customers.
- Ability to handle stress.
- High level of integrity and initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Protect all assets, including stock, cash, physical items, staff, and customers.
- Implement company policies and procedures effectively.
- Set up and maintain store and department layouts.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Handle administration for stock room, mark-downs, and lay-bys correctly.
- Ensure proper merchandise replenishment and store housekeeping.
