Job Purpose

To analyze, design, and lead the creation of innovative process improvements and multi-process business solutions across the business process management lifecycle. Ensure compliance with all new and proposed legislation to achieve sustainable business results in line with the enterprise strategy. This role includes providing design and implementation support, and engaging with stakeholders.

Education and Experience

Minimum Qualification & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in UX Design, HCI, Computer Science, Public Administration, or a related field, plus 8+ years of experience in UX/UI or CX design, financial services, public sector, digital government, or service design for regulated industries. Of this, 3–4 years should be at an operational specialist level.

OR

  • Senior Certificate (NQF 4) plus 15 years of experience in UX/UI or CX design, financial services, public sector, digital government, or service design for regulated industries. Of this, 3–4 years should be at an operational specialist level.

  • Facilitate service design sprints and co-design workshops in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the end-to-end management of the service lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and ongoing improvement
