As an Assistant Chief Engineer, you help ensure our properties provide experiences that exceed expectations and create memorable moments for guests.

  • Support the smooth operation of the property maintenance department, keeping all areas in top condition.
  • Work to improve guest satisfaction and comfort by responding quickly and positively to their needs.
  • Meet plans and goals for property maintenance and hotel targets. Manage the maintenance team to foster growth, development, and strong performance.
  • Handle the departmental budget. Control costs and inventory while maintaining productivity and performance levels.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Implement an effective planned preventative maintenance program that covers maintenance, environmental, and conservation issues.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in property maintenance with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent management skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example style.
  • Commitment to outstanding guest service and passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to find creative solutions and provide advice and recommendations.
