Job Purpose

  • The Department of Police Oversight and Community Safety, Western Cape Government (WCG), has an exciting opportunity for a suitable individual to make a difference. The role involves providing leadership, guidance, and support to Western Cape Government departments on safety and security matters.
  • This position is based in Cape Town, CBD.

Minimum Requirements

  • An appropriate Degree (NQF 7) or higher qualification as recognized by SAQA;
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience at a Senior Managerial level;
  • Completion of the Pre-entry SMS Certificate for entry into the SMS (Senior Management Service) upon appointment.
