Job Description
- Deliver great customer service by being visible in the store and responding to customer needs with knowledge of health and supplements.
- Consult with customers and give suitable advice on healthcare, nutritional, and supplement products.
- Boost healthcare sales to meet targets by promoting various brands through cross-selling and upselling to improve profitability.
- Ensure stock availability in healthcare aisles by following stock management rules and procedures to drive sales.
- Prevent wastage in your area by applying stock rotation principles.
- Avoid stock losses by following all risk management policies and guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the store to create a welcoming shopping environment for customers.
- Help with product merchandising by following the set guidelines and procedures.
- Follow all store standard operating procedures.
- Ensure smooth service by focusing on your own development, product knowledge, and sharing information with relief staff.
Minimum Requirements

- Essential: Basic knowledge of health, fitness, and supplements products.
- Essential: Basic understanding of retail store operations, including stock management, merchandising, and risk management.
