Job Description

• Consult with customers and recommend suitable healthcare, nutritional, and supplement products.
• Promote healthcare sales to meet targets by cross-selling and upselling various brands to increase profits.
• Maintain stock availability in healthcare aisles by following stock management procedures to support sales.
• Avoid wastage by applying stock rotation principles.
• Prevent stock losses by adhering to all risk management policies.
• Keep the store clean and hygienic to create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Support product merchandising according to guidelines and procedures.
• Follow all store standard operating procedures.
• Ensure smooth service by developing personal skills, product knowledge, and sharing information with relief staff.

Minimum Requirements
