  • BA Social Work Degree (NQF Level 7)
  • Registration with South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP)
  • Managerial skills

  • 5 years’ relevant experience

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic capability and leadership.
  • Organize human and material resources to ensure efficient and effective execution of specialized programs.
  • Implement good governance and risk control processes to ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and guidelines.
  • Define and monitor financial controls, corporate governance, and compliance in the area of specialization.
  • Drive and align a customer service excellence culture that builds relationships and promotes innovation.
  • Maintain a network of internal subject matter experts and ensure communication of process alignment and optimization activities in the area of specialization.
