2x Branch Assistant

Main Purpose:

Carry out assigned tasks, handle marketing, and provide customer service in a trading branch setting.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate;
  • 1–2 years of experience in a trade branch is recommended;
  • 2 years of experience in customer service and marketing is an advantage.

Skills:

  • Computer literate (MS Office);
  • Strong communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
  • Good numerical skills;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Good sales skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote products and deliver excellent customer service;
  • Handle cash transactions;
  • Manage stock levels;
  • Keep shelves organized and stocked;
  • Handle administrative tasks.
