Key job responsibilities

  • You will support our internal team by handling infrastructure issues, such as fixing hardware problems (like motherboards, RAM, CPU, GPU) and network issues (like link failures, optics replacements, switch replacements).
  • Besides repairs, you will learn to install equipment, create documentation, develop new solutions, and solve complex problems in the data center.

Duties include:

  • Troubleshoot hardware in non-live servers under the supervision of an AWS technician.
  • Understand the need to meet service level agreements for assigned trouble tickets.
  • Follow AWS technicians during network troubleshooting.
  • Replace storage media (SSD/HDD) based on guidance from AWS data technicians.
  • Perform regular server hardware repairs (drives, motherboards, etc.) with help from experienced technicians.
  • Work with third-party vendors and contractors on site.
