• As a Permanent Store Assistant, you will be at the front of our brand, making sure every customer gets excellent service and helps the store succeed. You will help customers with purchases and keep the store looking perfect, creating a smooth and stylish shopping experience.

Your Role:

• As a Permanent Store Assistant, you will give top service, support sales, and keep our brand’s good name by managing stock and cash carefully.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Control & Accuracy

• Handle cash desk tasks accurately to avoid any errors.
• Manage daily cash checks and banking.
• Process manual payments quickly and correctly.

Stock Management & Organisation

• Follow daily stock tasks to keep the store running well.
• Handle customer orders carefully and on time.
• Do weekly stock counts and keep the storeroom tidy.
• Pair shoes properly to keep displays and stock in good order.

Customer Service & Sales Support

• Give customers a great shopping experience with good product knowledge.
• Build good relationships with customers through helpful service and advice on styles.
• Stay professional and excited to show our brand’s values.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
• 6 months to 1 year of retail experience (luxury or fashion retail preferred).
• A passion for high-end fashion, footwear, and working with customers.

• Good with numbers and accurate in transactions.
• Able to meet deadlines in a busy retail setting.
• Attention to detail to keep brand standards high.
