Job Description

Key Objectives:

  • Carry out all point-of-sale operations quickly and effectively.
  • Scan items accurately and process payments, including club card rewards.
  • Handle cash safely at all times.
  • Promote the Clicks club card and sign up new members to meet participation goals.
  • Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them save money.
  • Offer outstanding customer service by representing the brand positively and being friendly and professional.
  • Perform merchandising and housekeeping tasks to meet store and visual standards.
  • Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty retail by following its values.
  • Stay informed about products, ranges, promotions, and events to give customers accurate information.

Knowledge Required:

  • Basic math skills.
  • Background in retail or fast-moving consumer goods, including merchandising and promotions.
  • Understanding of stock management processes.
  • Knowledge of excellent customer service.

Experience:

Education:

  • Required: Grade 12.
  • Preferred: 50% in Maths and English at Grade 12 level.
