Job Objectives:

• Carry out all point-of-sale operations efficiently and on time.
• Scan items accurately and handle payments, including clubcard rewards.
• Handle cash safely at all times.
• Promote the Clicks clubcard and sign up new members to meet targets.
• Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them save money.
• Provide top customer service by being friendly, professional, and visible as a brand representative.
• Perform merchandising and housekeeping tasks to meet store and visual standards.
• Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty by following company values.
• Stay informed about products, promotions, and events to give accurate information to customers.

Minimum Requirements

Experience:

• Preferred: Experience in a customer-facing role in retail or FMCG operations

Education:

• Required: Grade 12
• Preferred: 50% in Maths and English at Grade 12 level
