• Key Performance Indicators: Complete cleaning within the agreed service level after repairs, with no delays in the next steps.
• Target: Keep the workflow smooth, with no delays from cleaning to delivery.

Key Responsibility Area 3: Safety and Compliance

• Key Performance Indicators: Follow safety rules when handling devices and cleaning products, with zero incidents of damage.
• Target: Use safe cleaning methods to protect devices, staff, and the work area.

Job Responsibilities

• Clean repaired devices following standard procedures to remove all dust, debris, or dirt.
• Handle devices with care to avoid any damage during cleaning.
• Use the right cleaning products, tools, and methods for each type of device.
• Keep high standards of hygiene and safety when working with cleaning supplies and devices.
• Label, package, and prepare cleaned devices for handover or storage.
• Report any damaged, faulty, or hard-to-clean devices to the technician or supervisor.
• Keep cleaning tools and supplies in good condition and restock them as needed.
• Maintain an organized, safe cleaning workspace that meets company standards.
• Help with simple preventive maintenance on devices, like cleaning outer parts, as directed.
• Always follow company policies, standard procedures, and safety guidelines.
