Job Description
Key Objectives:
- Handle all point-of-sale tasks quickly and accurately.
- Scan items correctly, process payments, and apply club card rewards with precision.
- Manage cash securely at all times.
- Promote the Clicks club card actively and sign up new members to meet targets.
- Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them save money.
- Provide outstanding customer service by representing the brand positively and offering friendly, professional help.
- Perform merchandising and housekeeping tasks to maintain store and visual standards.
- Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty shopping by upholding our values.
- Stay informed about products, ranges, promotions, and events to give accurate information to customers.
Knowledge Required
- Basic math skills.
- Background in retail or FMCG, including merchandising and promotions.
- Understanding of stock management.
