Job Description

• Deliver great customer service by being visible in the store and responding to customer needs with knowledge of health and supplements.
• Consult with customers and give suitable advice on healthcare, nutritional, and supplement products.
• Boost healthcare sales to meet targets by promoting various brands through cross-selling and upselling to improve profitability.
• Ensure stock is available in the healthcare aisles by following stock management rules and procedures to drive sales.
• Avoid waste in your area by sticking to stock rotation practices.
• Prevent stock losses by following all risk management policies.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the store to create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Help with product merchandising by following the guidelines and procedures.
• Follow all store standard operating procedures.
• Ensure smooth service by focusing on your development and product knowledge, and sharing information with relief staff.

Minimum Requirements

Job Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of health, fitness, and supplements products.
• Basic understanding of retail store operations, including stock management, merchandising, and risk management.

Job-Related Skills:

• Good communication and interaction skills.
• Customer and service orientation.
• Selling skills.
• Merchandising skills.
• Basic computer literacy (desirable).

Job Experience:

• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Experience working with sports nutrition and vitamin-related products.
• Selling skills and customer-related training.

Education:

• Matric (essential).
• Sports, fitness, or nutrition qualification (desirable).
