Job Description

Key Objectives:

  • Carry out all point-of-sale tasks quickly and accurately.
  • Scan items correctly and process payments, including clubcard rewards, with high accuracy.
  • Handle cash securely at all times.
  • Promote the Clicks clubcard actively and sign up new members to meet participation goals.
  • Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them save money.
  • Offer friendly, professional service as a brand representative to ensure top customer care.
  • Manage merchandising and store upkeep to meet company standards.
  • Support our goal to be the top choice for health and beauty by upholding company values.
  • Stay informed about products, promotions, and events to give customers accurate advice.

Knowledge Required:

  • Understanding of retail and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), including merchandising and promotions

Experience:
