Job Overview

This role involves supporting laboratory operations in Metallurgical Engineering. You will assist with preparing equipment and materials, ensuring safety, and maintaining the lab.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help the technician prepare lab equipment, materials, and samples for practical sessions.
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in keeping the laboratory clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Advanced Diploma or BTech in Metallurgical Engineering (minimum).

Experience

  • At least 2 years of relevant laboratory experience.

Skills

  • Strong discipline and expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills, including report writing and verbal.
  • Computer literate (MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, ITS).
  • Good interpersonal skills, such as being a team player and managing time well.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
