Technical Sales Assistant – Cape Union Mart – Eastgate

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Optimize sales through specialist product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Exceed customer expectations by offering specialised service and demonstrating products during sales interactions.
  • Follow stock loss controls in the store.
  • Meet individual targets consistently.
  • Understand, accept, and follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain housekeeping, uphold visual merchandising standards, and identify sales opportunities.
  • Assist, train, and share product knowledge with team members.
  • Work weekends and late hours as needed by the business, including peak periods and public holidays.
  • Create an inspiring store environment.

  • Training academy sign-off (for internal candidates).
  • Passion for technical products.
  • Product specialist knowledge is advantageous.
