Essential Experience and Skills
- Matric required; a degree or diploma is a plus.
- At least 5 years in a senior sales management role in a telecommunications call center.
- Proven success in B2B telecom sales, managing sales managers with a team of 80-100 agents.
- Skilled in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep knowledge of telecom products, services, and market trends.
