Payroll & HR Admin

Purpose of the role:
- Deliver the Payroll & HR Admin service to help the business perform at its best.
Core responsibilities:
- Set up a professional, modern, and efficient payroll and HR administration process.
- Manage external providers, such as payroll, time and attendance partners, relocation, tax, and pension services.
- Update and manage HR master data, including filing documents.
- Process payroll.
- Follow internal HR processes and policies, and keep up to date with changes.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, providing information and advice on HR policies and processes.
- Handle tickets and provide first-line support to employees and managers.
- Manage a simple process for payroll and taxes, working closely with the Payroll & HR Specialist.
- Ensure master data meets all legal reporting requirements.
- Continuously improve processes using digitization and agile methods to increase efficiency.
- Be a role model for data-driven ways of working.
- Act as One HR by collaborating with HR colleagues locally, regionally, and globally.
- Contribute to the development of the RCoE HR team.
Reporting line:
- Reports to Senior Payroll & HR Admin Specialist, RCoE.
Requirements:
Knowledge and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong knowledge of payroll and HR administration processes, and a good understanding of accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of cloud-based payroll and HR systems like SuccessFactors, Microsoft 365, Teams, and ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of Payspace or similar payroll systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of agile methods and tools like Teams.

- Great communicator with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders, with strong ownership and a business mindset.
- Strong continuous improvement mindset, combined with innovation and service orientation.
- Proactive problem-solver who keeps the end-user’s best interest in mind.
- Strong self-management skills, motivation, and ability to contribute to development.
