Your Role:

As a Permanent Store Assistant, you will provide excellent service, support sales, and maintain the brand’s reputation through careful stock and cash management.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Control & Accuracy

  • Handle cash desk duties accurately to avoid any errors.
  • Manage daily cash checks and banking.
  • Process manual transactions quickly and correctly.

Stock Management & Organisation

  • Follow daily stock procedures to keep the store in top condition.
  • Handle customer orders efficiently with attention to detail.
  • Do weekly stock counts and organize the storeroom.
  • Pair shoes properly to keep displays and stock neat.

Customer Service & Sales Support

  • Offer a great shopping experience with good product knowledge.
  • Build relationships with customers through helpful service and styling tips.
  • Stay professional and enthusiastic to match the brand’s values.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
  • 6 months to 1 year of retail experience (luxury or fashion retail preferred).
  • A passion for high-end fashion, footwear, and working with customers.

Additional Skills & Attributes:

  • Good with numbers and accurate in transactions.
  • Able to meet deadlines in a busy retail setting.
  • Detail-oriented to keep brand standards high.
  • A team player who works well with others.
  • Natural at building relationships and engaging customers.
