Licensing Administration Officer

Duties:
Reporting directly to the Senior Licensing Officer, the successful candidate will perform the following duties:

  • Provide an efficient, reliable, and effective licensing service in line with relevant laws and by-laws.
  • Process and issue licenses, including marking card licenses.
  • Register and renew motor vehicle licenses.
  • Keep records of ISS forms and maintain registers.
  • Manage cash float and balance cash at the end of each day.
  • Answer telephone enquiries and assist the public.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 plus a National Certificate in Licensing or Public Administration, with 1-2 years’ experience.
  • Registration as an e-Natis user with a full end-user course is an added advantage.
  • No criminal record.
