We have exciting opportunities in Clicks stores for Beauty Advisors who report to the Store Manager and service the entire beauty department.

Job Description

Job Purpose:

• To deliver excellent service by providing professional and knowledgeable advice on beauty and skincare products, promoting and managing merchandise effectively, and maintaining general housekeeping to build customer loyalty and maximise sales.

Job Objectives:

• To consult with customers, answer product questions, and advise on the best products and services that meet their needs.
• To drive and maximise sales in the beauty department through promotion, cross-selling, and up-selling to meet monthly targets consistently.
• To monitor sales, evaluate product performance regularly, and suggest improvements to increase sales.
• To stay updated on all beauty products, ranges, trends, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers.
• To handle all operational activities in the beauty department efficiently, including stock management, reducing shrinkage, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping and administration.
• To ensure visual merchandising, in-store presentation, and promotional standards in the beauty department are always met.
• To provide superior customer service by acting as a brand ambassador, being visible, and offering friendly, professional support.
• To promote the Clicks clubcard and enroll new members to reach participation targets.
• To increase profitability and brand loyalty by promoting private label and exclusive products.
• To make the brand the customer’s first choice for health and beauty by living and driving the company values.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Essential: Grade 12
• Desirable: Relevant beauty or skincare qualification
• Desirable: Experience in beauty, skincare, retail, FMCG, sales, or marketing
